Ready to pioneer the future of education through AI-driven excellence? At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just talking about educational transformation—we're achieving it. Our innovative model delivers 2.6x academic growth in two-hour blocks, and we're seeking a visionary leader to scale this success through cutting-edge AI solutions.

As our Vice President of Construction, you'll be the architect of our operational future, wielding AI as your primary tool to build scalable, intelligent systems that maintain our exceptional student outcomes. This isn't a theoretical position—you'll be in the trenches, writing code, integrating APIs, and crafting automated frameworks that turn data into strategic gold.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder, you'll shape the trajectory of an educational revolution. This role demands technical prowess, strategic brilliance, and the ability to thrive under pressure as you transform complex operational challenges into elegant, AI-powered solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Architect and Deploy AI Solutions: Create intelligent operational ecosystems that scale our educational impact while maintaining our high standards of excellence.
  2. Drive Strategic Intelligence: Harness AI's potential to generate actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest level.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Orchestrate complex operational initiatives that seamlessly integrate AI across our entire organizational structure.
  4. Execute Technical Implementation: Get your hands dirty with coding, API integration, and system automation—this is a do-er's role, not just a thinker's.
  5. Champion Quality Through Technology: Build and maintain AI-driven quality assurance systems that ensure consistent excellence across all locations.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  1. Campus Management: Your mission is strategic automation and scaling, not daily campus operations.
  2. Educational Programming: Focus on operational excellence rather than curriculum or teaching staff management.
  3. Abstract Strategy: We need practical AI implementation, not theoretical frameworks.
  4. Maintaining Current Systems: This role demands continuous innovation and transformation, not system maintenance.
Vice President Of Construction Key Responsibilities

  • Proven expertise in transforming traditional processes into AI-powered systems, including hands-on technical implementation
  • Exceptional portfolio management experience with documented success in strategic transformation initiatives
