What you’ll be responsible for:

We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead our regional behavioral health sales teams. You will oversee the Behavioral Health RVPs, develop outreach strategies, and manage key performance indicators, coaching RVPs to meet financial targets, identify new opportunities, and engage with external stakeholders.

What you’ll work on:

  • Lead and support Regional Vice Presidents of Business Development to ensure sales success.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics to evaluate performance and ensure accountability.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Coach and develop RVPs to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing sales staff.
  • Supervise staff, assign tasks, and manage performance.
  • Mentor direct reports and support their career development.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage payroll activities and administrative functions for the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles managing sales teams.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with sales software, CRM tools, and business development strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions.
  • Familiarity with managing complex data and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with occasional travel.
