Sentral is seeking a highly driven, relationship-focused Vice President of Development to lead new business development efforts and expand Sentral’s footprint across multifamily and hospitality markets. This role will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing new management opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships with owners, developers, investors, and capital partners. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, commission-driven, and deeply connected within the real estate industry, with a proven ability to generate pipeline, open doors, and drive growth through both strategic networking and direct business development efforts. This role is central to Sentral’s expansion strategy and will play a critical role in growing our portfolio in high-velocity multifamily and hospitality markets.
This will be a hybrid role which will work remotely and travel to local markets with our Development Team.
