The Vice President of Business Development reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and leads our market expansion across all lines of business, including rehabilitation, respiratory, and pediatric services. The Vice President of Business Development is a strategic and hands-on leader who leads our business development function, with a relationship-driven approach that will secure new partnerships and support profitability. The Vice President, Business Development is a visionary who develops and executes a comprehensive growth strategy, while also serving as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related healthcare field is required. A minimum of five years of direct healthcare sales, business development, or rehabilitation experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and other third-party reimbursement models is strongly preferred.
