Title:Vice President of Accounting

Exciting career opportunity with a dynamic Tech SaaS company who is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee the accounting functions including global corporate accounting, finance reporting, revenue recognition, procure to pay, and accounting shared services.

Reporting to the CFO, this role is a key part of the finance leadership team and will partner with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has deep technical accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Management & Compliance: Lead the preparation and oversight of financial statements adhering to US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring timely close processes and enhanced internal controls. timely close processes and modernizing the internal control framework. • Treasury, Payroll, & Procurement Oversight: Manage treasury activities, establish banking relationships, and implement effective cash management policies. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, or finance
• CPA Required
• 10+ years accounting and financial experience is required
• Recent experience in Tech SaaS environment is required
