Responsibilities/Qualifications

First Equity Mortgage, a subsidiary of Drees Homes, is seeking a dynamic Vice President - National Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers, and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgages.
• Ensure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goals.
• Staff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectives.
• Manage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workload.
• Provide finance-related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketing.
• Monitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid risk.

Requirements:

• College degree required, in related field preferred.
• Valid NMLS license.
• Minimum 8-10 years personal Mortgage Loan Originator experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years Mortgage Loan Origination Management experience.
• Experience in the residential construction loan origination industry a plus.

This position is in our First Equity Mortgage Fort Mitchell, KY office.
