A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Vice President, Oncology Medical Director to lead Medical Affairs and oversee oncology projects. This remote role involves managing teams, engaging with clinicians, and developing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate holds an M.D. and has extensive experience in oncology and medical affairs. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $284,200 to $355,200 annually, with travel requirements not exceeding 40%.
Vice President, Oncology Medical Director. Location: Remote (with up to 40% travel).
The VP will lead Medical Affairs for the Oncology Business Unit, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. This role oversees Medical Directors and collaborates with the MSL team, GC team, and Clinical Trial Operations staff. The position is field-based and requires travel within the assigned territory to engage with clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
