Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Vice President for Master Plan Advisory to lead multi-market master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements across the Americas. You will guide project teams, build senior client relationships, and drive new business opportunities while managing budgets and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, master planning, or development.
  • Experience leading teams and multi-market engagements.
  • Strong understanding of master planning, infrastructure design, entitlements, and jurisdictional approvals.
  • Proven track record in business development, including pitching and securing client engagements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent client management skills with ability to build long-term senior relationships.
  • Availability to travel and support projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a national portfolio of master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements.
  • Direct delivery of master plan projects from inception to completion across sectors including Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Industrial, and Life Sciences.
  • Oversee 2D/3D density studies, site test fits, and implementation plans.
  • Provide senior oversight of zoning analysis and entitlement processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and senior project managers.
  • Build and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and pursue client engagement strategies.
  • Drive a sales culture within the Master Plan Advisory team and cross-sell across platforms.
  • Collaborate with design teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgets and cost forecasts.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies for efficiency and consistency.
