Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision
- Define and lead the global strategy for the advisory practice, ensuring alignment with the overall Genpact strategy.
- Lead the development of industry relevant service offerings, ensuring innovation and adaptability to client and market demands.
- Shape long-term business strategies, focusing on market trends, emerging technologies, and client needs.
- Develop end to end value chain view for the industry that communicates how Genpact can bring value to clients.
Business Growth and Expansion
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, services, and clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, tracking leads, and ensuring successful engagement.
- Deliver bookings and revenue growth to target via conversion of pipeline opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to expand service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to grow the firm’s presence across diverse industries and geographies.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in key client organizations.
- Establish strong relationships in key & prospective clients to understand their priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value global clients, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Provide strategic counsel on business transformation, leveraging domain and advanced technology expertise.
Thought Leadership and Industry Influence
- Serve as an industry thought leader, representing the organization at global forums and conferences.
- Publish insights and lead discussions on cutting-edge topics such as AI and digital transformation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development of forward-thinking solutions.
Operational Excellence and Project Oversight
- Operate with a practitioner mindset, overseeing the delivery of large-scale advisory projects.
- Ensure operational efficiency by driving common advisory methodologies and maintaining high standards of project delivery.
Cross-functional and Global Collaboration
- Work closely with global teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Promote cross-border collaboration, leveraging global talent and capabilities.
Team Leadership and Talent Development
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of the team including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and development of staff.
- Ensure new staff are trained efficiently.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, technology, GenAI or data management; MBA preferred.
- Extensive track record in a leadership position within a consulting or advisory organization.
- Demonstrable expertise in finance and supply chain.
- Thorough understanding of advanced technology and analytical trends.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Masters/MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$200,000 to $250,000]. The actual offer will be determined by factors including the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
