  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on revenue generation, market penetration, and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, general contractors, and enterprise customers.
  • Work alongside executive leadership to establish business objectives, growth targets, and operational priorities.

P&L & Commercial Management

  • Take ownership of the division’s financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, operating costs, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Oversee estimating strategy, commercial negotiations, change orders, project risk, and margin protection.

  • Establish consistent operational procedures, quality standards, project controls, and delivery frameworks.
  • Oversee workforce planning, procurement, scheduling, materials management, and coordination with construction and data center stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet contractual requirements for safety, quality, schedule, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing organization encompassing project management, field operations, technical teams, estimating, and support functions.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain senior operational leaders and technical talent.
  • Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, training programmes, and career development pathways.
  • Foster a culture of safety, operational discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic customers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop executive-level relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure repeat business.
  • Oversee customer performance reviews, service-level expectations, project scorecards, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate effectively with general contractors, electrical contractors, OSP teams, and other mission-critical construction partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within data center construction, structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, telecommunications, or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Significant leadership experience overseeing data center ISP, low-voltage, or structured cabling operations.
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming an operational business or division.
  • Proven financial and commercial expertise, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling, fiber connectivity, testing and certification, industry standards, and data center construction environments.
  • A track record of developing teams, improving operational performance, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to meet customer-specific background screening, drug testing, and site access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
