Job Summary (Primary function)
The Vice President, Investor Relations is responsible for ensuring Incyte is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts and investors. Reporting directly to Incyte's Chief Financial Officer, the individual will be responsible for creating the Company's IR strategy, framework, tactics, and communication materials to effectively articulate and support the Company's business and scientific objectives. S/he will be responsible for managing the relationship with the equity research and investor community and act as a Company spokesperson, promoting, enhancing, and projecting Incyte's vision, brand and reputation to investors and analysts, and building new and managing existing relationships with the investment community.
