Job summary

Trigent Software Inc is seeking an accomplished IT leader to guide the evolution of our IT strategy as rapid biotech development accelerates. You will plan for portfolio needs, own IT infrastructure, AI agents, cybersecurity, data management, and regulatory compliance across functions.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with the leadership team, triage initiatives in AI/ML, regulatory, and scientific platforms, and build a scalable change management process for organization-wide

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT leadership in biotech/pharma including 6+ years in a similar lead role.
• Working knowledge of ICH and FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Led AI implementations including enterprise-wide agents and chatbots.
• Experience with AI/ML across a broad application space.
• Experience in R&D organizations transitioning systems from research to development.
• Hands-on change management with end-to-end system rollouts.

• Lead stakeholders in triaging and prioritizing initiatives spanning AI/ML integration, new systems for science, regulatory, and G&A, and platforms that optimize drug discovery
• Build and own the change management process for new system adoption across stakeholder groups

Qualifications — Required

• 15 years of relevant IT leadership experience in a biotech/pharma, including 6 years in a similar lead role
• Working knowledge of ICH and FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Led AI implementations successfully including agents and enterprise wide Chatbots.
• Experience with AI/ML across a broad application space
• Experience in R&D organizations transitioning systems from research to development, ideally at high-growth companies
• A hands-on approach to change management - owning system roll-outs with stakeholders end-to-end rather than handing them off
