Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 16 years of related experience in maritime planning/scheduling with multi‑product environments
• Experience with Navy/Coast Guard standards is preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee workload analysis, schedules, and BOM validation to improve schedule performance
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to optimize processes and ensure program execution
• Drive cross‑functional coordination across Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to improve efficiency and cost
• Lead strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across shipyard operations
