• Technical fluency with modern data platforms, cloud architectures and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy obligations, and compliance for sensitive data.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making with product metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Define and manage a prioritized roadmap aligned to security, compliance, and business outcomes.

• Launch new capabilities and continually improve using feedback, metrics, and insights.
• Establish and champion data governance standards, policies, and controls for identity data.
• Define and monitor KPIs for product health, data quality, and business impact.
• Ensure compliance with privacy obligations and internal policies; support audits.
• Communicate strategy and risks clearly in senior forums; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate data quality, access, privacy, and security risks.
