My client, a growing tech company, is seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) for their Cybersecurity Division . This pivotal role, based in Singapore, will oversee the Human Resources strategy across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will bring innovative HR practices to support business growth while navigating the unique challenges of the cybersecurity sector.

Role Overview :

The VP of HR will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing strategic initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement across the region. This role requires balancing digital transformation, hybrid work dynamics, and multi-generational workforce management, while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the cybersecurity division's business objectives.
  • Talent Management : Lead the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and succession planning.
  • Digital Employee Experience : Manage digital transformation while maintaining a strong company culture and clear communication practices.
  • Return to Office (RTO) Strategy : Implement balanced policies, incorporating employee feedback to maintain productivity and engagement.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance : Address employee concerns, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure legal compliance across Southeast Asia.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Design competitive packages to attract and retain talent, managing the HR budget efficiently.
  • Diversity & Inclusion : Foster collaboration across multi-generational teams, promoting an inclusive and agile work culture.
  • Balancing digital transformation while preserving employee engagement.
  • Implementing RTO policies that consider employee preferences and business needs.
  • Managing generational diversity to support collaboration and succession planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Extensive experience in senior HR leadership, preferably within tech or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of strategic HR management at a regional level (Southeast Asia preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on employee engagement.
  • Experience in developing and executing RTO strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
