In this highly strategic and visible role, you’ll partner with senior executives to drive business growth and transformation through impactful HR strategies. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on organizational development, talent management, change leadership, and employee experience—helping shape the future of our business.

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives and support the overall growth and transformation of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives to business objectives.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end talent strategies including workforce planning, succession, leadership development, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • Drive enterprise-wide change and transformation efforts that boost engagement, retention, and inclusive growth.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure accountability for key talent initiatives across the HR function.
  • Coach and develop business leaders and HR professionals to elevate performance and foster a high-performing, engaged culture.
  • Optimize and scale talent solutions.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo to uncover opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
  • Act as the voice of the employee and business to inform improvements in HR programs, systems, and practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior HR leadership.
  • Proven success leading strategic HR programs and business partnering with executives.
  • Deep knowledge of leadership development, change management, employee relations, and talent strategy.
  • Multi-Site healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and coaching skills with a track record of building trust across all levels.
  • Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office; able to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with discretion and integrity.
