Aon is seeking a Vice President, Health Communications Strategy to serve as a senior consulting resource and lead the development and delivery of client employee benefits and total rewards strategies.
This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually and from Hammonton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or Lake Mary, FL offices, with preference for these locations. Candidates near other Aon offices may be considered.
The Vice President, Health Communications Strategy will serve as a senior consulting resource within the practice, actively participating in articulating the communication and engagement value proposition and development and delivery of client’s employee benefits and total rewards strategies.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Hammonton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or Lake Mary, FL offices. Although we would prefer candidates to work from the above offices, we are willing to consider candidates near any local Aon office.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related degree or equivalent work experience
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $135,000-$160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
