Job description

Role:

Vice President, Global Program Head overseeing end-to-end development and lifecycle management of a prominent disease-area portfolio in biopharma, with a focus on transforming scientific and market strategies into portfolio excellence.

Responsibilities:

lead global, multidisciplinary program teams from preclinical to post-approval, setting strategic vision, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring regulatory and commercial success; drive innovation considering future scientific and technological trends, including AI and precision medicine; represent assets externally with health authorities and partners.

Requirements:

minimum 15 years in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D, proven leadership in global development programs, experience managing external partnerships, and deep scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial knowledge; advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred; immunology experience desirable.
