Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Project Management to oversee the Immuno-Inflammatory Program Team, guiding strategy from preclinical stages through BLA and post-marketing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop integrated development plans, assess risks, and drive process improvements, partnering with leadership to shape development strategies and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience managing complex pharma/biologic projects (Preclinical to NDA/BLA) in global settings.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams with strong communication and influence.
• Experience with risk mitigation and strategic planning in pharmaceutical development.
• Familiarity with GxP and regulatory processes; travel up to 10%.

Requirements

• prior immunology, inflammatory disease, dermatology, or allergy experience preferred
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, ability to influence, and experience with risk mitigation and strategic planning essential
• Technical proficiency with Smartsheet (intermediate+), MS Office suite, and familiarity with GxP and regulatory processes
• Travel up to 10%
