A leading company is seeking a Performance Strategy Lead to drive new business growth and support market pitches. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead performance strategy and drive new business growth. The Performance Strategy Lead will support markets and global teams with new busines, to help bring compelling performance narratives to pitches. This role will combine strategic planning, performance experience, and client gravitas to maximize new business wins.
You will be responsible for :
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with performance objectives, ensuring that overall pitch strategies are leading to business outcomes, powered by our proprietary products, channel expertise and innovative solutions.
You’ll also work with markets and regions as they develop the global story into their own local stories. You’ll be their point of contact and support to help them with questions about their go to market stories.

Compensation Range: $146,490-$230,460. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
