A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Vice President of Global Luxury Sales to develop and implement luxury sales strategies. The role involves leading teams in managing luxury accounts and engaging with partners to drive sales growth. Ideal candidates will have eight years of experience in strategic sales planning and proven leadership in the luxury market. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $250,000-$300,000.

As a Vice President of Global Luxury Sales, you will develop and implement our global luxury sales strategy. On the Hilton Worldwide Sales team reporting to the SVP and Global Head of Sales & HRCC, you will lead the teams looking after luxury group accounts, luxury transient sales, luxury consortia travel programs, and luxury travel agencies globally. You will work with regional sales teams and commercial leaders and coordinate sales activity across all three world regions to guide Hilton\'s global luxury customer engagement. You will also support the brand and development teams to articulate the evolving global platform that empowers Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) and the Luxury Sales Advantage.
Additionally, you will ensure standard methods in key areas of focus such as seller deployment strategy, customer engagement, account planning, performance management, overall sales engagement strategies, and capability development.

The annual salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 and is determined based on experience and location. You may be eligible to participate in the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and the Company\'s long-term incentive plan, consistent with others at the same level.
