A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Vice President of Global Luxury Sales. This role involves developing and implementing luxury sales strategies, leading teams across global accounts, and driving performance. Ideal candidates have significant sales leadership experience and a strong background in luxury markets. The position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000-$300,000 and a robust benefits package including the Go Hilton travel program and other incentives.
This role is based at our corporate office in New York, NY or Remote. This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience.
As a Vice President of Global Luxury Sales, you will develop and implement our global luxury sales strategy. On the Hilton Worldwide Sales team reporting to the SVP and Global Head of Sales & HRCC, you will lead the teams looking after luxury group accounts, luxury transient sales, luxury consortia travel programs, and luxury travel agencies globally. You will work with regional sales teams and commercial leaders and coordinate sales activity across all three world regions to guide Hilton's global luxury customer engagement. You will also support the brand and development teams to articulate the evolving global platform that empowers Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) and the Luxury Sales Advantage.
Additionally, you will ensure standard methods in key areas of focus such as seller deployment strategy, customer engagement, account planning, performance management, overall sales engagement strategies, and capability development.
