A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Vice President of Global Luxury Sales. This role involves developing luxury sales strategies and leading teams focused on luxury markets. Candidates should have extensive experience in strategic sales, team leadership in global environments, and a strong focus on client relationships. What will I be doing?
As a Vice President of Global Luxury Sales, you will develop and implement our global luxury sales strategy. On the Hilton Worldwide Sales team reporting to the SVP and Global Head of Sales & HRCC, you will lead the teams looking after luxury group accounts, luxury transient sales, luxury consortia travel programs, and luxury travel agencies globally. You will work with regional sales teams and commercial leaders and coordinate sales activity across all three world regions to guide Hilton's global luxury customer engagement. You will also support the brand and development teams to articulate the evolving global platform that empowers Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) and the Luxury Sales Advantage.
Additionally, you will ensure standard methods in key areas of focus such as seller deployment strategy, customer engagement, account planning, performance management, overall sales engagement strategies, and capability development.

The annual salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
