About The Role:

As a CBRE Vice President, Global Enterprise Architecture, you will lead a team of architects, collaborate with senior business and D&T stakeholders, champion modern architectural approaches and principles, and ensure that our technology platforms enable world-class digital products and services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for solving sophisticated problems, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and drive change across a global organization.

The Digital & Technology team at CBRE is a forward thinking and innovative function at the forefront of digital transformation & acceleration programs. VP, Enterprise Architecture is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and guiding the technology target state for CBRE. The leader will align technology strategy with business objectives, driving digital transformation, fostering innovation, and ensuring a robust, scalable, and secure enterprise architecture. The role demands "hands on" deep expertise in architecture, data, AI/ML, platform and cloud solutions, combined with exceptional leadership and people management skills.

What You'll Do:

* Develop and lead the execution of the enterprise-wide technology vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with CBRE's business goals and driving digital transformation.
* Establish and cultivate an agile architecture community of practice to work across multi-functional teams, promoting a collaborative culture and defining KPIs and metrics to continually measure its success.
* Serve as the chief architectural advisor to senior leadership; collaborate effectively with business and technology leaders to prioritize architectural improvements, ensure strategic alignment, and define technology investment plans.
* Supervise the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and platforms.
* Drive the evolution of existing systems towards future-state architectures, ensuring the creation, validation and promotion of reusable assets at various stages of the application/data lifecycle.
* Establish and maintain enterprise architectural standards and governance processes, actively promoting them to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all initiatives.
* Lead application rationalization initiatives to optimize the portfolio, improve efficiency, and reduce duplication.
* Drive adoption of advanced technologies, particularly AI/ML-based solutions and associated data platforms, finding opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements.
