As the GBSC continues to scale and mature its operating model, the organization is seeking a Vice President, GBSC Operations Excellence & Enablement. This leader will be responsible for establishing and leading the performance management, financial planning, and operational governance framework for the GBSC. The role focuses on defining how the business is measured, planned, and governed‑ensuring clear visibility into performance, disciplined resource planning, and strong operational oversight across internal teams and third‑party partners. Reporting into senior leadership, this individual will lead a cross‑functional team responsible for FP&A, data governance, performance management, vendor governance, and process discipline, working closely with business leaders to enable data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence.
