Citco in Iselin, NJ is seeking an experienced Fund Administration leader to oversee hedge fund accounting teams. You will train and supervise staff, plan and manage daily workflows across client relationships, and liaise with clients to meet reporting deadlines.

• 8+ years in hedge fund accounting.
• Degree qualified; accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.
• Extensive managerial experience and risk knowledge.

• Develop, adhere to and maintain staffing targets related to production, overtime budgeting and productivity.
• Ensure staff are trained and conduct performance evaluations.

• Assist auditors and other fund participants/advisers; participate in presentations to clients.
• Lead projects related to growth and evolution of the business; participate in managerial functions with the Managing Director.

Your Role:

• You will provide training and supervision to team members.

• Plan, schedule and manage the daily workflows of all client relationships within your account

• Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines; ensure delivery in an accurate and timely manner

• Act as primary contact with clients and other fund participants

• Maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors and other fund participants

• Develop, adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing: production, overtime budgeting and productivity

• Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and conduct performance evaluations

• Meet expectations of fund participants; adhere to deadlines

• Assist auditors and other fund participants and advisers

• Participate in presentations to existing and prospective clients

• Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business

• Participate in managerial functions in conjunction with the Managing Director

About You:

• You have a degree qualified and ideally possess an accounting qualification.

• Minimum of 8+ years in hedge fund accounting

• Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry

• Strong technical knowledge of Hedge Fund Accounting

• Extensive managerial experience
• Strong risk knowledge

Salary Range

USD 147,000 - 220,000

While this role may be posted under a different location, as part of our office transition, the successful candidate's primary work location will be "Metropark, located at 170 South Wood Avenue, 4th Floor, Iselin, NJ 08830"
