Job summary

Syncreon Consulting is seeking an accomplished senior software engineer to own and evolve production systems. The role emphasizes strong full-stack capabilities and hands-on delivery across design, build, and run of critical apps.

You will work with Java/Node.js/Python, modern front-end tech, and cloud platforms, while driving API design, microservices, and robust CI/CD practices. Stakeholder collaboration and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with production systems responsibility.
• Experience owning both build and run for business-critical applications.
• Strong background in full-stack engineering (Java, Node.js/TypeScript, Python; Angular).
• Experience with API design, microservices, event-driven architectures, data integration, and messaging (Kafka, MQ).
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Expertise in CI/CD tooling, testing strategies, observability, and feature flagging.
• Solid understanding of application security, secrets management, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Expertise in CI/CD tooling, testing strategies (unit, integration, performance), observability (logs, metrics, traces), and feature flagging
• Solid understanding of application security, secrets management, IAM, and vulnerability management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
