Bradsby Group is partnered with a well-established financial institution is seeking a Vice President to lead enterprise-wide financial planning efforts with a focus on capital use, long-term return improvement, and financial structure optimization. This position sits within the senior finance leadership team and has direct visibility to the CFO.
What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Do- Drive capital allocation strategy and performance metrics to support enterprise financial goals
- Lead cross-functional efforts to align investment decisions with capital objectives
- Recommend strategies for optimizing financial structure, capital deployment, and asset mix
- Assess capital planning, regulatory capital requirements, and financial risk exposure
- Contribute to M&A strategy, financial planning, and treasury initiatives
What We’re Looking For:- Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- CPA or actuarial credential required
- 10+ years in insurance, financial services, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of U.S. capital frameworks (e.g., RBC, US GAAP/STAT); IFRS a plus
- Executive presence and ability to engage across disciplines and senior levels
