LexisNexis Group seeks a senior finance leader to partner with the EVP Global Operations on strategic plans and financial analyses, driving data‑driven decision making across global operations. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required
MBA and/or professional certifications (CMA, CFA, CPA) preferred or equivalent
15+ years of successful, progressive and diverse accounting, financial analysis and reporting experience
Experience leading finance organizations across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory environments
Ability to lead people to get results through others
Executive-level communication and influencing skills
Experience in large organizations with complex products and solutions
Ability to work in the United States or London

Responsibilities

Partner with the EVP Global Operations and functional leadership on business plans and financial analyses/tools
Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial insights
Drive data-driven decision-making using financial and operational metrics
Develop annual and strategic business plans aligned with company goals
Advise leadership on operating results, trends, and milestones
Provide financial leadership for alliances, acquisitions, mergers, investments, and other business issues
Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance reporting across Global Operations
Establish and monitor financial and operational performance indicators
Oversee financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting
Improve planning accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial transparency
Ensure financial governance, internal controls, compliance, audit support, and regulatory reporting
Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting
Leverage technology, analytics, and data to improve performance and decision-making
Govern company financials and reporting for LexisNexis Group and RELX Group
Collaborate with Global Finance Shared Services on control environments
Manage REPH funding and secure funding for strategic initiatives
Lead, motivate, mentor, and coach financial professionals
Position Finance as a strategic business partner to senior management
Support team professional development and wider experience
Align Global Operations Finance with other business unit finance teams across LexisNexis and RELX

Requirements
