Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking an accomplished finance leader to guide the organization's financial strategy from Orlando. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls, partnering with executives to drive growth.

You will manage cash flow, capital planning, and ERP-enabled processes while steering M&A finance activities and investor communications. The ideal candidate brings a CPA or MBA, deep GAAP expertise, and a proven record of building high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong integrity, analytical capabilities, and strategic minds.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to support organizational objectives
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance

• Prepare and Present financial results and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders

• Support or lead mergers and acquisitions, capital planning, and risk mitigation efforts
• Build and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes, financial audits, and tax compliance
