Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

Role Overview:

As VP of Finance, you will sit on the executive leadership team and own end-to-end financial strategy, planning, reporting, and governance. You will help steer large capital investments, ensure regulatory and financial compliance, optimize capital structure, and align finance with ambitious project delivery in power and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategy tied to large-scale power infrastructure projects (hyperscaler sites, data halls, high reliability facilities).
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple geographies and business lines.
• Oversee accounting, internal controls, risk management, tax strategy, and compliance.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and project management to ensure financial visibility, cost control, and margin performance.
• Manage capital allocation, financing (debt, equity), and cash flow for multi-million dollar projects.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team; mentor directors and senior managers.
• Provide insights to CEO and Board on performance, M&A, investment opportunities and long-term financial health.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, including several years in infrastructure, power systems, or mission-critical environments (data centers, hyperscalers, large industrials).
• Demonstrated experience managing large capital budgets, financial risk, and project cost controls.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and corporate finance (capital markets, debt structuring, etc.).
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Advanced credentials preferred (CPA, CFA, MBA or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and key stakeholders.
