Job summary

3 Bridge Networks is seeking a VP of Finance to lead financial reporting, operations, and scale the firm’s financial infrastructure. This is a broad, high-impact role in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, with close collaboration with senior leadership across finance, operations, and strategy.

The VP will manage fundraising, investor reporting, and governance while building scalable processes and managing a growing team in a fast-paced investment setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance with leadership in PE/VC or similar.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and investment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management processes.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, including preparation and review of financial statements.
• Partner with external fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers.
• Oversee fund-level and management company accounting, including capital activity and carried interest.
• Support fundraising and investor reporting, including responses to investor and audit requests.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, processes, and systems as the firm grows.
• Provide leadership with financial analysis, scenario planning, and insights for decision-making.
• Manage and develop finance and accounting team members; stay hands-on when needed.
• Serve as a key partner to investment professionals, investor relations, legal, and operations.

A highly regarded and growing investment firm is seeking a VP of Finance to join its leadership team. The firm invests across venture capital and private equity-style strategies and is looking for a finance leader who can help scale its financial infrastructure, reporting, and operations.

This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who enjoys operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. The VP of Finance will work closely with senior leadership and have meaningful exposure to the firm’s investment, operations, and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management processes
• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, including preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting
• Partner with external fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers
• Oversee fund-level and management company accounting, including capital activity, expense allocations, management fees, and carried interest calculations
• Support fundraising and investor reporting, including responding to investor, auditor, and diligence requests
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, processes, and systems as the firm continues to grow
• Provide leadership with financial analysis, scenario planning, and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Manage and develop finance and accounting team members, while remaining willing to be hands-on when needed
• Serve as a key partner to investment professionals, investor relations, legal, and operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership experience within private equity, venture capital, asset management, fund administration, or a similar investment environment
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, partnership accounting, financial reporting, and investment management operations
• Experience managing external fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, and other third-party partners
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
• Proven ability to build scalable processes in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives and investment professionals
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution
