Job summary

Finatal is partnering with an investor-backed fashion brand to appoint a VP Finance, a rare opportunity to become the senior finance leader at a high-growth company at a pivotal inflection point.

Reporting to the CEO and COO, you will own the finance function, lead a small international team, and shape strategic decisions with investors, while building scalable processes and KPIs across wholesale and e-commerce channels.

VP Finance (Path to CFO) | High-Growth Consumer Brand

Finatal is partnering with an investor-backed fashion brand on the appointment of a VP Finance, a rare opportunity to become the senior finance leader in a business at a genuine inflection point.

With revenues of approximately $30m today and a clear path toward $200m-$300m+, the company has built a global presence across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels, with significant headroom for continued growth. Backed by experienced investors and led by a highly entrepreneurial team, the business is now seeking a finance leader who can help build the infrastructure required for the next phase of scale.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will own the finance function, lead a small international team, and partner closely with investors and leadership on strategic decision-making.

Key areas of focus include:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
• Cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Debt facilities and financing strategy
• Board and investor reporting
• Building scalable financial processes, controls, and KPIs
• Commercial partnering across wholesale and e-commerce channels

We're looking for ambitious finance leaders who have operated in high-growth consumer businesses, ideally across fashion, apparel, beauty, sportswear, or adjacent sectors. You may currently be a VP Finance, Finance Director, or a high-caliber number two ready to step into the top finance seat.
