• Ability to manage transaction execution and supervise junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day execution of M&A and advisory assignments with senior bankers and clients.
• Leading financial analysis, valuation and modeling of asset and wealth management businesses; review junior work.
• Evaluating strategic alternatives and portfolio analyses for client assignments.
• Preparing and reviewing client presentations and industry analyses.
• Coordinating due diligence and transaction timelines; liaising with clients and advisors.
