• Prepare and deliver client presentations.
• Analyze business plans and value companies using various methodologies.
• Draft offering memoranda, information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses.
• Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions.
• Prepare internal deal memos for distribution.
