  • Create transparent portfolio governance and investment processes that improve prioritization, sequencing, accountability and benefits realization.
  • Strengthen architecture, engineering, data, security, risk and compliance practices while advancing the practical use of AI and automation with appropriate controls and measurable value.
  • Lead, coach and evolve a globally distributed organization of approximately 150 team members while building productive relationships with strategic vendors and systems integrators.
  • Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability. These are our values and influence everything we do.
Required qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications, business technology, digital platforms or a related technology function, including significant executive-level responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a large, complex application portfolio supporting critical business functions and global operations.
  • Experience with major SaaS platforms and custom-developed software, including integration and lifecycle considerations across a heterogeneous environment.
  • A track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation, including strategy, operating model, technology modernization, organizational change and adoption.
  • Business and financial acumen, executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence C-suite leaders, navigate competing priorities and connect technology investments to measurable value.
  • Experience building, developing and leading diverse, globally distributed, high-performing teams while balancing long-term vision with decisive execution.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

  • Executive Influence: Creates alignment across senior stakeholders by communicating choices, tradeoffs, risks and outcomes clearly.
  • Experience serving as the senior-most enterprise applications or business technology leader in a global company.
  • Experience leading an organization of more than 100 professionals through significant portfolio and operating-model change.
  • Direct responsibility for platforms such as ERP, HCM, CRM, customer success, travel and expense, workflow, integration or enterprise automation.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, data architecture, identity, integration and advanced data-management practices.
