Vice President, Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance

Your role will allow you to tap into curiosity and collaborate with innovative professionals worldwide, impacting the organization in the following ways:

• Define and evolve the enterprise data strategy aligned to business priorities, digital transformation goals, and the operating model
• Drive the design and adoption of enterprise data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality, and standards
• Partner with IT and business leaders to shape scalable data platforms—cloud, MDM, metadata, and analytics capabilities
• Establish governance forums and executive steering committees to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure value realization
• Lead cross‑functional change management to embed data‑driven decision‑making, trusted data usage, and enterprise‑wide adoption

Key Responsibilities

• Implement or mature enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi‑business unit organizations
• Apply deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms
• Influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions
• Lead large‑scale transformation, operating model design, and cross‑functional change initiatives
• Communicate executive‑level, translating complex topics into actionable insights

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND fifteen (15) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation
• High School Diploma/GED AND nineteen (19) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation
• Proven success implementing or maturing enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi‑business unit organizations
• Deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions
• Experience leading large‑scale transformation, operating model design, and cross‑functional change initiatives
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights

Additional Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience building and leading enterprise data governance organizations and data domain models
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution, measurable outcomes, and enterprise value creation

Location & Travel

Remote work; travel may include up to 20% of the time; relocation assistance may be authorized.
