Vice President - Employee Benefits (Growth & Strategy)
Location: Remote + travel
We are hiring a Vice President of Employee Benefits to lead growth in this vertical and help shape the future of the firm. This is an ideal role for a licensed producer or senior client executive ready to take the next step — someone who wants to move beyond production and start building and owning a practice.
You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and helping define how ERS delivers and scales its benefits platform. You won’t inherit a big team — but you’ll help build one.
