Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily business operations and coordinate projects to meet immediate and strategic needs.
2. Act as the main contact for business strategy, consolidating desk needs into clear priorities.
3. Lead performance planning and revenue projections for the electronic trading desk.
4. Oversee financial management, including project funding and expense tracking.
5. Develop scalable workflows and assess impacts of regulatory changes.
6. Provide insights for senior management and represent the team in industry forums.
