Position Overview (Vice President or Director)

This role focuses on asset-based finance (ABF) co-investment opportunities in private debt. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, analyzing, and executing ABF co-investment transactions, preparing recommendations for the Firm's Investment Committee, and supporting the broader Private Debt platform. A deep understanding of private markets and experience in executing ABF single transactions is required. Familiarity with ABF-focused GPs is an advantage but not mandatory.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and support ABF co-investment transactions from origination to initial screening through execution, including due diligence, structuring, and closing

• Other specialized asset-backed opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Demonstrated track record of academic and professional success
• Experience executing ABF single transactions or ABF co-investments
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including ABF-specific modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CFA designation a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Applied experience in valuation and investment analysis, ideally in ABF structures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Salary Range: 190,000 - $210,000

The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
