The VP, Defense Growth & Strategy will be instrumental in positioning Groundswell as the go-to partner for innovative digital transformation solutions across the Department of Defense (DoD). This role is critical in driving organic growth within untapped areas of defense, identifying opportunities for expansion across all technology platforms, and crafting tailored solutions that meet the diverse and evolving needs of the defense sector.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $125,735.00 - $392,680.00
