Responsibilities

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Serve as the executive lead for enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment on product and operational priorities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing client success team to enhance client and patient satisfaction
  • Drive client retention and expansion strategies, achieving revenue targets for client growth
  • Oversee client implementation processes and continuously improve methodologies for successful launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and achieve high client Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 12+ years of experience in client success or account management within enterprise healthcare or virtual care organizations
  • 7+ years of experience leading client success teams across Solutions, Implementation, and Account Management
  • Proven experience managing a P&L and optimizing business unit performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working closely with R&D organizations and technology products
  • Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and growth in previous roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
