Responsibilities
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the executive lead for enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment on product and operational priorities
- Develop and manage a high-performing client success team to enhance client and patient satisfaction
- Drive client retention and expansion strategies, achieving revenue targets for client growth
- Oversee client implementation processes and continuously improve methodologies for successful launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and achieve high client Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Qualifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in client success or account management within enterprise healthcare or virtual care organizations
- 7+ years of experience leading client success teams across Solutions, Implementation, and Account Management
- Proven experience managing a P&L and optimizing business unit performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

- Experience working closely with R&D organizations and technology products
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and growth in previous roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
