Job summary

Portage Point Partners is seeking an XFn Vice President to lead complex client engagements across TAS, VAL, TES, OCFO, PI, and IM. You will guide strategy, finance, and operations engagements, report to senior leadership, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, high‑impact environment.

You will build trusted relationships with C‑level executives, oversee multiple workstreams, and drive value creation, performance improvements, and restructuring initiatives in a rapidly growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling capabilities including three-statement forecasts, 13-week cash flows, KPI reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
• Proven ability to lead client and internal teams across multiple workstreams (PI, TRS, IB, OCFO).
• Strong communication skills with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-impact strategies and operating improvements across the business lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to guide engagements.
• Manage execution of deliverables, case administration, and restructuring plan development.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to firm-building initiatives.
