Summary:
The Vice President of Compliance, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, with a dotted line to the Board of Directors, will be responsible for developing and managing Guidelight’s in-house compliance function as the organization scales nationally. This role will build the internal compliance infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation requirements across behavioral health, privacy, billing, licensing, and safety. As the company grows, this leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, proactively identifying and mitigating legal, ethical, quality and financial risks and implementing systems to support ongoing operational excellence, clinical integrity, and audit readiness.
