We’re looking for a vice president to join our ranks. The Vice President will develop and lead the strategic formation of a new community concierge services team, specializing in high-touch outreach for our community of independent wealth advisors. The Community team exists to elevate the personal and professional success of the Commonwealth family and strengthen all that connects us through deepening our advisor connection and engagement with our firm and among each other. Collaborating with key stakeholders, this role will define a strategic plan to ensure our existing advisors experience proactive outreach from a team of specialists who anticipate their needs, cementing us as an indispensable service partner in their continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development of a dedicated concierge-style team for existing Advisors by establishing a strategic framework focused on:
    • Providing proactive outreach and support
    • Gaining a deeper understanding of our Advisors’ unique needs
    • Increasing awareness and adoption of Commonwealth/LPL’s products
    • Preparing for a sustained future of Advisor outreach initiatives, such as fireside chats and office visits
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our existing Advisors’ needs as well as an extensive understanding of Commonwealth/LPL offerings
  • Identify key performance indicators and metrics, to include a continuous feedback loop for ongoing improvement
  • Leverage, enhance, and develop programs and processes to deliver a consistent, white-glove (indispensable) service experience
  • Based on data and insight provided by the team, make strategic recommendations to optimize and enhance the Advisor experience
  • Report on engagement trends, Advisor feedback, and team impact to senior leadership
  • Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for our Advisors, strengthening relationships by understanding their needs and anticipating ways to support them

  • Strong understanding of Commonwealth’s Advisors’ business practices, client service models, and needs as independent small business owners
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships within Commonwealth and among Advisors’ firms
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to present to all audience levels across the firm
  • Experience analyzing client feedback and sentiment, and identifying trends to inform future enhancements to drive continuous improvement
  • A proactive and adaptable leadership style; proven success fostering a culture of responsiveness, efficiency, and advisor-centered engagement
  • Track record of showing Commonwealth-level of care and service
  • 10+ years of experience at Commonwealth
  • Potential for optional travel
