  • Keep the internal team updated on changes and abreast of developments (e.g., lead productive internal meetings, clearly communicate deliverables and deadlines, bring in other teams when needed). Lead effective meetings that drive results with external stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage junior staff through 1:1s, goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews; effectively manage teams during periods of change; foster a high-morale, accountable culture; provide clear, constructive feedback.
Project Management
  • Execute complex projects from end-to-end with limited guidance and high-quality outputs (e.g., anticipates shifts in client direction and scope; crafts clear work plans, delegates effectively, and oversees project budgets).
Strategy
  • Drive the vision and execution of clear, strategic, and compelling content across complex projects. Provide senior-level guidance and editorial leadership, shaping content through mentorship and feedback that elevates overall quality.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address challenges; bring order to chaos; have deep knowledge of Precision’s full range of offerings.
