Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager / Business Intelligence Specialist

Position Overview:

This role plays a crucial part in strategy, execution, and technology initiatives, combining responsibilities of a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Business Intelligence/Client Success professional. The focus is on developing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions to add value across various CRE business lines.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Lead development processes and implement technologies across platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and real estate professionals to enhance business performance through data insights.
  3. Gather and analyze business requirements; work closely with stakeholders to develop functional solutions.
  4. Assess business problems and suggest process improvements.
  5. Maintain documentation such as design specifications, requirements, and user manuals.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data workflow streamlining.
  7. Manage business intelligence applications, including maintenance, user setup, security, and best practices.
  8. Oversee strategic and operational processes within CRE lines, using sound judgment on complex issues.
  9. Serve as a key contributor within the team, mentoring junior staff and supporting strategic initiatives.
  10. Perform additional activities as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with 2+ years at a senior or equivalent level.
  • Minimum 5 years in commercial real estate and asset management.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with an understanding of CRE dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of deal types and complex debt positions.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000, determined by experience, education, location, and market data. Additional benefits include bonuses, PTO, holidays, health insurance, 401(k), and other plans.
