Job summary

BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Vice President - Client Enablement to join our Global Payments & Trade team. You will advise clients and provide project management support for onboarding, transition and conversion projects, coaching teams and guiding client engagements end-to-end.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience with 3–5 years in project management, plus applicable licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience and 3-5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Advises clients or provides PM support for onboarding/transition/conversion projects.
• Coaches and guides on project management.
• Serves as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Advises and guides clients on solutions and shepherds through to resolution.
• Researches, develops and establishes methodologies, protocols and processes for onboarding and project management.
• Participates with team to align with functional objectives.
• Adheres to team standard operating procedures.
• Tracks and reports on results and outcomes for client implementations and projects.
• Understands team metrics and dashboards.
• Liaises with peer leaders on product, technology or client service teams for proper hand-offs.
• Resolves complex onboarding/transition/conversion issues.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
