Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor engagement initiatives with senior leadership and the investment team.
• Develop and coordinate investor-facing campaigns and communications.
• Create and maintain pitch books, investor presentations, fundraising materials, and virtual data room content.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and other external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance investor outreach and engagement strategies.
• Support and execute a digital-first marketing strategy with consistent branding across materials.
• Draft and edit high-quality marketing content, thought leadership materials, and investor communications.
• Manage social media content calendars, approvals, and publishing schedules; oversee LinkedIn campaigns and reporting.
• Create investor communications and email marketing campaigns; manage segmentation and distribution lists.
• Track marketing metrics using Salesforce and Google Analytics; develop dashboards and reporting packages.

About the Opportunity

A leading private credit investment firm with approximately $3.0 billion in assets under management is seeking a Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications to help drive investor engagement, fundraising support, brand development, and external communications initiatives.

This highly visible role sits at the intersection of capital formation, investor relations, marketing, and communications. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Formation & Fundraising Support

• Partner with senior leadership and the investment team to support fundraising and investor engagement initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate investor-facing campaigns and communications.
• Create and maintain pitch books, investor presentations, fundraising materials, and virtual data room content.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and other external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance investor outreach and engagement strategies.

Marketing & Brand Management

• Support and execute a digital-first marketing strategy.
• Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all investor and marketing materials.
• Manage the development of presentations, marketing collateral, and advertising assets.
• Draft and edit high-quality marketing content, thought leadership materials, and investor communications.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage social media content calendars, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Develop and maintain content for corporate and executive social media channels.
• Oversee LinkedIn advertising campaigns, sponsored content, and performance reporting.
• Monitor engagement and optimize digital marketing initiatives.

Investor Communications

• Create and distribute investor communications and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and distribution lists.
• Execute communications through marketing automation platforms.
• Support ongoing investor engagement and relationship management efforts.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key marketing and communications metrics.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
• Create dashboards and reporting packages for leadership.
• Develop measurement frameworks that connect marketing efforts to fundraising outcomes.

Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

• Serve as project manager for fundraising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate investor and marketing data across internal systems.
• Support process improvements and strategic projects across the platform.
• Mentor and support junior team members when appropriate.

Qualifications
