Job Description: Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our Capital Development & Investor Relations team, focusing on supporting our global client base.

Duties and Responsibilities :
  1. Create detailed written analyses and summaries of market trends, investment strategies, and portfolio performance for investor updates.
  2. Draft, edit, and proofread investor communications, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  3. Support fundraising initiatives, manage investor relationships, and drive strategic communication efforts. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute capital-raising strategies, enhance investor engagement, and provide market intelligence to support business growth.
  4. Develop, design, and update investor-facing marketing collateral and market/client analytics regularly, including bespoke portfolio analysis for investors.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (research, trading, finance, compliance) to ensure accurate and timely investor reporting.
  6. Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to inform investor communications.
  7. Manage and cultivate relationships with current investors and prospects.
  8. Conduct prospecting activities, including outreach, leveraging relationships to build pipelines.
Experience and Skills :
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CQF, or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, research, or related financial services roles.
  • Experience in creating data-driven strategies and quantitative research content.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, risk analytics, statistical methods, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with sophisticated investors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial modeling software.
  • Proactive, creative problem-solver, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, communicative, and able to develop strong relationships.
  • Poise under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.

The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $150,000 and $180,000, excluding discretionary bonuses and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, education, and skills.
